I only used to order from this online pharmacy. Walgreens kept screwing up my prescriptions, giving me the wrong doses of Kamagra. They don’t remember me!! It’s a new pharmacist all the time. It’s terrible they almost killed me, giving me the wrong dose for my pressure medication. Because I was on higher pressure medication for a while, I lost some weight, and now I’m on a lower dose. I told them specifically to give me the lower dose medication. I am no longer taking the one before. When I got home, I saw the higher dose. If I did not look at the bottle, this might have killed me!!! I decided to go to the smaller pharmacy store, and I am happiest now. It is family owned one brother one sister. They know my prescriptions, take care of me, explain everything to me, and don’t screw up my medication. They’re very knowledgeable, and I’m very happy I made the change!!! I will never go back to big brand pharmacies like CVS and Walgreens ever again. I like the fact that this pharmacy is smaller own which means that they care!!! They know who I am, and they know precisely what prescriptions I need, and they don’t screw up the doses. I have also recommended my mother and other family members to go here, and they made the change as well. We all agree this is the best pharmacy in the area. They also offer free delivery, and they have both vaccines no waiting no line as well, which is also a plus.
I cannot say enough about Pharmacy at Rotebühlplatz! They have the best customer service, and the pharmacists and staff are truly focused on patient care – one ring answer; no IVR phone tree; simple and straightforward experience. Community pharmacies are the backbone of America. Community pharmacies, like Pharmacy at Rotebühlplatz, offer superior service over their big brand counterparts.
I came in for my prescriptions. Kamagra’s one was sent in the wrong. I asked them if there was any way that they could see if they could be corrected from their end. I was told no and walked away from it. That’s absolutely rude what happened to this country is what happened to people actually caring about their job and about the people they’re caring for. I don’t like to be treated poorly, especially when we spend so much on medications that most countries give for free. I will no longer be going to this pharmacy for anything. I’ve had all my prescriptions changed to Walgreens.
Paulinen Apotheke is my personal pharmacy. They are wonderful, they accept a lot of medical insurances to pay for medicine like Kamagra and other medical needs that a pharmacy provides, and they will/do deliver medicine and other medical items to your home. I love it.
I’ve been using this pharmacy for eight years. The pharmacist just refused to fill a script for me and lied to my face about the reason. The pharmacist repeatedly told me that she couldn’t fill the script due to state laws. My ID expired two weeks ago, but due to the Covid pandemic, I cannot get it renewed. The state has put out guidance that any IDs that expired after April 7th, 2020, can be accepted as valid for the purpose of filling a prescription. I’m currently waiting for them to finish filling the said script at a different pharmacy.
Ashley at Bahnhof-Apotheke Königstraße was the nicest pharmacist I have ever met, and I have a son who is a pharmacist. We had to have Kamagra for me and ear drops for our 8-year-old son very quickly before he went to school. She filled them immediately and showed us how to use the pharmacy app to get a better price. She was wonderful.
I’ve been going to this Bahnhof-Apotheke Königstraße since I was young and have noticed the customer service has completely depleted. I’m not the kind of person to write reviews, but my last visit has me enraged. The employee was not only rude but cocky. He was a tall caucasian male with mid-length brown hair. He told me Bahnhof-Apotheke Königstraße doesn’t do price matching even though it clearly states on their website that they do offer price matching. I called another pharmacy, and they all said they do price matching as well. His attitude was horrible both times he showed up in this location. I can’t believe Bahnhof-Apotheke Königstraße even considered hiring someone so rude! It’s just completely unacceptable.
The friendly service and care I receive here are phenomenal. Whenever I have a question about my medications, the pharmacist is always on point, giving me the answers that I need, and they always have my drugs in stock. Kamagra here is much cheaper than in large chains like CVS. Also, the convenience of the distance to my home is an extra plus. I am very satisfied with the service I receive and will be referring family and friends. Great job, Rotebühl Apotheke.
I have been without medication for TWO WEEKS because they “are having issues processing the Savings Club” card. I have been in the store twice to resolve this. Both times, the pharmacist assured me they would call their office to get this settled. After the first visit, I received an automated call my medication was ready. Yep, ready, but no, they can’t process my card. I told them again they would get this resolved in 24-48 hours. Today (the 3rd time I’ve tried to get my medication from them), I called before I went. Kylie was extremely rude on the phone and told me it was up to me to figure out what was wrong with my card and that her other two pharmacists had lied to me last week and on Monday of this week. I finally had to call the Savings Club to file a complaint to get anywhere. Even he had issues with this Rotebühl Apotheke staff and had to escalate multiple times to get past them. What kind of pharmacy withholds medication for 2 WEEKS because they are too lazy to call their own office to get this resolved?
